If you already registered, but you were notified that your payment was not successful, please fill out the form below and submit your payment. We still have your original registration information, and will match up this payment with your original registration.

Tryouts will be held at Danville High School  (100 Warrior Way, Danville, IN 46122).

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MIN EARLY TO SIGN IN

11U: 7/26/2021 from 6pm – 9pm

12U: 7/27/2021 from 6pm – 9pm

13U: 7/28/2021 from 6pm – 9pm

14U: 7/29/2021 from 6pm – 9pm

15U: 7/30/2021 from 6pm – 9pm

16U: 7/31/2021 from Noon – 3pm

17U: 7/31/2021 from 3pm – 6pm

Rain/Callback Day: 8/1/2021 from Noon – 4pm
